Each Fresh Mozzarella box contains one pound of our famous, fresh store made daily lightly salted mozzarella balls; one pound of fresh heirloom tomatoes; two ounces of fresh basil; a 16oz bottle of Uncle Giuseppe's Balsamic Glaze and a 16oz bottle of our Uncle Giuseppe's California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
