Did not get what I ordered and didn’t find out till after the order was delivered.
Wanted it sent for Christmas , no where on the site did I see a delivery date. Food was fine even though half the order was canceled, will think twice before I place another order

We sincerely apologize that one of the items you ordered was unavailable, a partial refund message stating the out of stock item was sent to the email on file, as well as a seperate email with the the tracking number and estimated delivery date; perhaps they went to the spam/junk folder.

Pretzel platter

Pretzel platter was wrapped in bubble wrap but as bubble wrap was removed it was discovered the platter was not wrapped properly and m&m’s were spilling out on floor off the pretzels. All the pretzels had been shifted and the presentation was Aweful. I was so embarrassed that my gift to a very special family arrived in disarray. The pretzels were tasty as per the recipient.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the pretzel platter and have have issued you a full refund; additionaly we will review our shiping practices for this item.
